He is survived by: his mother Joyce Redfern (Luckey) of Streator; his son Warren Mitchell of Streator; his grandson Colby Crawford of Streator; his sisters, Jennifer Vogel (Bill) of Ottawa, Jill Perez (Al) of Streator and Julie Moore of Streator; his nieces and nephews, Brianna Ortiz (Adrian) of Normal, Lexi Richardson (Jack) of Streator, Zachary Vogel of Ottawa, Emma Perez (Dewayne Nutall) of Streator, Noah Perez (Maddisyn Holocker) of Streator, Madison Redfern (Matthew Gellert) of Channahon, Jonathan Moore (Hannah Pfaff) of Streator and Isabella Moore of Streator; his great-nephews, Jaiden, Braylen and Gabriel Ortiz; and his great-niece Teegan Ortiz of Normal.
