He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cunningham and Nancy Cunningham (Piercy); his daughter-in-law Kristin Bacha; and the mother of his children Debra Hillier (Flanery). He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Cunningham (Smith); his children, Robert Cunningham of Streator, Jody Cunningham of Streator, Ryan Cunningham (Jamie) of Streator, Marc Bacha (Theresa Johnson) of Algona and Ben Bacha (Patricia) of Streator; his grandchildren, Morgan Jenkins (Charlie), Spencer Jackson, Gabriella Jacobs, Gwendolyn Presthus (Gage), Madelyn Cunningham (Troy Woodcock), Colin Cunningham, Drew Bacha (Natalie), Emma Bacha, Timothy Schneider, Bradley Bacha, Carsyn Walker (Drew) and Alex Bacha; and his siblings, Bill Cunningham (Gloria) of Cornell, LuAnn Eustice (Gary) of Streator and Richard Cunningham (Julia) of Streator.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Central Church of Christ (2005 E Main St, Streator, IL 61364). A burial was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at the Riverview Cemetery (1102 W Main St, Streator, IL 61364).
