It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ken P. Jacobs of Streator, Illinois, who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Paul; and his grandparents, Lester and Betty Lou Galbate. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Ann Jacobs Sr. (Galbate) of Streator; his children, Payton "Cas" Jacobs of Vickory, OH, Austin Jacobs (Olivia Perez) of Streator and Gavin Jacobs of Tonica; his siblings, Laura Hays (Bob) of Ancona and Michael Jacobs (Amanda) of Manville; and his nieces and nephews, Fred Wissen, Matthew, Jonathon Hays, Tori and Christian Jacobs.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
