He is survived by: his close friend Carol Bykowski of Streator; his children, Shannon Hedman (Lee) of Bloomington and Robert Brust of Decatur; his siblings, Mary Lynn Ahearn (Mick) of Morris, Lisa Larsen (Gary) of Ransom, Donnie Ellen Wielgopolan of Ransom and Dave Brust of Ransom; and his sister-in-law Mary Jo Brust of Spring Valley. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
