He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis and Jean (Hulin); and his brothers, Jim, Dick and Jerry.

He is survived by: his children, Veronica Weber (Robert) of Streator and Nicholas Libby (Kerri) of Streator; his grandchildren, Nathan Weber (Sarah), Andrew Weber (Amber), Zachary Weber (Hailey), Cole Libby (Cabrey Boyington), Nicholas Libby (Cinta), Blake Libby, Parker Libby, Trystin and Kylie Nettleingham; his great grandchildren, Ace and Oliver; and his siblings, John Libby (Olive) of Missouri, Mary Barnes (Jim) of Streator, Bill Libby (Mary) of Streator, Larry Libby (Charla) of Streator and Phyllis Hiltebrand of California. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
