He was predeceased by: his father Clarence W. Orr; and his brother Daniel L. Orr. He is survived by: his wife Karen (Council); his daughters, Stephanie Kee and Lindsay Orr of Streator; his grandchildren, Brandon, Kenny, Austin, Adam and Emma; his mother Elizabeth "Betty" Orr (Morgan) of Streator; and his sisters, Kathy Earing (Kevin) of Dwight, IL, Debbie Oliver (Don) of Streator and Donna Carman (Clint Maki) of Hurst Texas. He is also survived by many other aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
