She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Elias and Susan Elias (Churney); her husband George J. Gula; her children, George E. Gula and Tina Black; her great grandchild Annabelle Marie Jelinek; her siblings, Louise Hall, Dorothy Elias, Irene Reihl, Edward and Robert Elias; and her son-in-law John Hrasch.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Rick Jepsen, Brian Kelly, Nate Black and Grant Gula; her children, Janice Hrasch of Streator, Dianne Kelly (Patrick) of Streator, Barb Watson (Brian) of Streator, Ken Gula (Jean) of Streator and Gary Gula (Tricia) of Dewey; and her sister Margaret Majernik of Streator. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
