She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Scott and Bernice Scott (Bennett); her husbands, Donald McCoy and James Witko; and her siblings, Norma Hill, Maurice and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, David Halco (Char) of Streator, Bruce Halco (Patti Rose) of Streator and Tina Marie Phillips (Charlie) of Oxford, WI; her stepchildren, Dianna Ioerger (Greg), Randal Witko (Valerie) and Jeannie Maggio; her granddaughters, Kristie Novotney, Haleigh Emm, Hannah Moore, Amanda Crisman (Nick), Melissa Nosalik (Chris), Amber Maggio, Rachel Maggio, Lindsey Maggio (Jon Sabotta), Sarah Stadel (Ryan) and Natalie Springer (Jason); her brother Loren Scott (Melba) of Utah; her nephew Jim Eccleston (Ann); and her nieces, June Eccleston and Jean Eccleston Grimes. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Central Church of Christ (2005 E Main St, Streator, IL 61364). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the Rock River Christian Camp or the Central Church of Christ.
