He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Foltin and Georgia Foltin (Hodgson); and his siblings, Michelle Ritko, Melanie and Max Foltin.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Todd Armstrong; his nephews, Jim, David Durgach, Gary Schneider, John Detwiler and Jeff Wulzen; his wife Jeanene Durgach; his children, Lara Armstrong (Todd) and Michael Foltin (Kristi); his grandsons, Sean Armstrong of Streator and Grant Foltin of Streator; and his friends, John, Lance, Rick, Jake, Arnie, Jim and Gary.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
