He is survived by: his daughter Olivia Quinteros (Felix) of Spring, Texas; his mother Patricia Oltman (Geiger) of Streator; his siblings, Brenda Oltman of Streator and Curtis Oltman (Maureen) of Dayton; and his nephews, Trent, Travis and Troy Oltman.
