He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. Tutko and Eva Tutko (Meyers); and his sisters, Kay Downey and Rose Ann Dutton. He is survived by: his children, Brian Tutko (Angie) of Benson and Stacy Vandegraft (Mark) of El Paso; his grandchildren, Kayla Tutko and Mason Vandegraft; and his siblings, Charles Tutko (Ginny) of Streator and Debbie Christensen (Dave) of Streator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Winterrowd-Hagi Funeral Home (305 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A Mass will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Parish Church (407 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the St. Stephen's Cemetery E Main.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research or to St. Michael the Archangel Parish Church.
