He was predeceased by: his father Richard L. McCoy; his brothers, Michael and Mark McCoy; and his stepfather Donald W. Ritter. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. McCoy of Streator; his sons, Jeremy McCoy of Streator and Justin McCoy (Jenna) of Tonica; his grandchildren, Jack, Josie, Stella and Walker McCoy; his mother Gloria J. Ritter (Schultz) of Streator; his stepmother Ruth McCoy of Streator; and his siblings, Tim McCoy (Janet) of Streator, Darren McCoy (Jennifer) of Mahomet and Kristy McCoy (Jim Morse) of Oglesby.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
