He was predeceased by: his siblings, Elisa Pavlick and John; and his grandparents, David, Maxine Lahman, Edward and Emma Pavlick.
He is survived by: his parents, George Pavlick and Evelyn "Joanne" Pavlick (Lahman); his brother David Pavlick (Tammy) of Streator; and his nephew David Pavlick (Rae) of LaGrange Park.
