He was predeceased by: his father Karl Kersmarki; and his sister Cindy O'Brian. He is survived by: his mother Doris Kersmarki (Waithman); his children, Kimberly Kersmarki Ponta (Anthony) of Morris and Robert Eric Kersmarki of Braidwood; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Jase, Riley, Sara and Katie.
