He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sproule and Rose Sproule (Sagi); his daughter Terri Durdan; and his close friend Art Riblet. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Sproule of Streator; his sons, Daniel Bell (Jamie) of Beecher City, Ethan Bell of Teutopolis, Joseph Harlan (Tia) of Streator, Jeff Harlan (Allie Harris) of Streator, Michael Harlan (Krystle) of Streator, Todd Sproule (Jen Currier) of Streator and Tim Sproule (Tricia) of Algonquin; his siblings, Mary Sproule of Arizona, Phyllis Wahl of Florida and Raymond "Bud" Sproule of Colorado; his pets, Bobbie and Lady; and his family Chris Elias. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home (301 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
