Robert M. Zelenak Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 18, 2026, at the age of 83, Robert M. Zelenak of Streator, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert M. Zelenak to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid Robert farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Robert is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Zelenak and Doris Zelenak (Pedelty); his daughter-in-law JoAnn Minkler; his grandchildren, Michael and Michelle Minkler; and his brother Donald Zelenak.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Candi Zelenak of Oglesby; and his pet Buck. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's/Dementia Association or to the family.
