She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lucas and Jewel Lucas (Brockman); her husband Richard D. "Dave" Pouk; her siblings-in-law, Keith Stimac, Tom Pouk and Diane Pouk; and her nephew Bailey Aukland.
She is survived by: her children, Bridget Pouk of Streator and Travis Pouk of Streator; her granddaughters, Caitlin Pouk and Natalie Pouk; her siblings, Mary Stimac of Streator, Michelle Lorey of Indiana and William Redman (Robin) of Bloomington; and her brother-in-law Mike Pouk of Streator. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
