With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Samantha Jo Milton of Streator, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2025 at the age of 37. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ted, Margaret Milton, John J. Lewis, Sr. and Cora Kelly; her brother John James Lewis III; her nephew Tony Lee Channell Jr.; her aunt Beverly Flatness; and her uncle David Milton.
She is survived by: her parents, John J. Lewis Jr. and Diana Milton; her children, Alexander John Milton, Josiah John Milton and Brooklyn Nicole Decker; her siblings, Jennifer N. Milton and Steven M. Milton; her siblings' children, Michael A. Milton Mamaugh, Jacob R. Pearson, Devin Milton, Damien Milton, Hunter Milton and Emma Milton; and her uncles, Howard Milton and Robert Milton.
A reception will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 176 W Jackson St, Seneca, IL 61360.
