He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Spellious and Shirley Spellious (Bales); his stepfather Richard Daniels; and his brother Todd. He is survived by: his children, Carrie Spellious (Luke Thewlis) of Austin, TX, Amber Spellious of Dallas, TX and James Spellious (Selina) of Temple, TX; his grandchildren, Ajia, Ember, Mason and Evie; and his siblings, Chris Studnicki (Pat) of Streator, Shane Spellious (Cathy) of Streator, Laurie Spellious of Dwight, Thad Spellious (Kim) of Streator and Maggie Duby (Guy) of Beaverville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
