He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Lochbaum and Ethel Lochbaum (Morgan); his wife Isabel Smith; his son Bill; and his siblings, Kenneth, Charles, Richard Lochbaum, Kathryn Dittberner and Marjorie Taft.
He is survived by: his nibling Ancona Church of Christ; and his caregivers, Rick and Holly Knuffman.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home (301 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Ancona Church of Christ, Illinois.
