He is survived by: his mother Shirley Johnson (Cogger) of Callaway, Minnesota; his wife Rebecca Johnson of Streator; his children, Douglas Johnson (Cassandra Sylvester) of Mendota, Amanda Moore (Matthew) of Tonica and Alexis Johnson of Streator; his grandchildren, William, Silas and Judah Moore; and his sister Sherry Teal (Craig) of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
