He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandra Thompson and William Gapski; his sister Debra; and his great grandchild Atticus. He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Gapski, Jr. (Lisa) of Rochelle, IL, Marie Gapski of Ottawa, IL and Lena Harris (Justin) of Star City, AR.; his grandchildren, Aaron (Jessica), Adriana (Arturo), Jake (Lily), Dylan (Brooke), Nevaeh, Noah, Maddi, Mia and Corbin; and his brother Ron. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations are welcomed and may be made to the family.
