He was predeceased by: his father LeRoy James Flake; and his brother Timothy James Flake. He is survived by: his mother Connie Sue Hillyer Flake of Iowa City, IA; his wife Susan Flake of Roseville, IL; and his siblings, Adam Flake (Krista) of Iowa City, IA and Kimberly Sue VanDorn (Michael) of Miles, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Banks & Beals Funeral Home (301 S Mary St, Stronghurst, IL 61480).
