She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Ray and Adeline Ray (Matz). She is survived by : her husband David Henry Jacoby; her children, Michael Jacoby (Julie) of Dacula, Georgia, Maureen Garcia of Downers Grove, Illinois and Debra Nemitz (Stephen) of Willowbrook, Illinois.; and her siblings, Henry B. Ray Jr. and Jennifer Nelson (Rick).
