He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rutledge and June Rutledge; and his siblings, Wayne Rutledge (Patty) and Judy Brinks (late Parker). He is survived by: his wife Charlene A. Wortman; his daughter Sherri Tate (John); his grandchildren, Jordan (Kristen), Jacob and Jaidon Tate; his great grandchildren, Emmett and Garrett Tate; and his sibling's children, Becky, Tommy and Jill.
