She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Fennema and Cecile Fennema; and her siblings, Nancy, Eric and Roger Fennema.
She is survived by: her siblings, Virginia Eizenga and Alan Fennema (Darlene); her husband John Karl Hohm; and her children, John Keith Hohm (Kirsten), Melissa Gregson (Timothy), Jared Hohm (Laura), Jana Turner (Jeremy) and Michael Hohm (Meredith).
