She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Moore and Eloise Harshman Moore; her husband Vernon L. Perrine; her daughters, Sandra Shoemaker and Kay Foster; and her grandson Vincent Phelps.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kimberly Berry of Sullivan, Tess Rigby of Chicago, Wade Shoemaker of Shelbyville and Kiley Wood of Decatur. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to Heritage Woods of Sullivan Activity Fund, Eberhardt Village Assisted Living Activity Fund in Arthur or Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville.
