He is survived by: his wife Shirley Burgess of Sullivan; his children, Lisa Dickens of Sullivan and Justin Lindley (Chelsie) of Sullivan; his grandchildren, Kelsie Richardson, Maddie Dickens, Ledger Lindley and Arbor Lindley; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Richardson and Nathan Richardson.
