He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude C. Miller and Nora Summers Miller; his wife Nancy E. King; and his siblings, Harolddean, Raymond, Willis, Bonnie, LaVonne, Hazel, Louise and Sue.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Miller (Dawn) of Arcola, Rhonda Cook (Tony) of Rochester and Yvonne Miller-Lux (Russell) of Nottingham, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Sanchez (Bill), Daniel Janssen, Eric Miller and John Miller; his great grandchildren, Reese Miller, Jackson Clark, Susana Sanchez, Ross Sanchez, Brandon Sanchez, Ross Henry Miller and Jude Miller; his sister Wilma Austin of Clinton, Missouri; his brothers-in-law, J. C. Shoemyer of Monroe City and Bob Yamamoto of Charleston; and his friend Ginger Yakey of Windsor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Reed Funeral Home (1112 S Hamilton St, Sullivan, IL 61951). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Sullivan First Baptist Church.
