Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Fern leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest "Frosty" Powell and Alta Powell (Sager); her husband Donald "Carrol" Marshall; her daughter Elaine Riley; and her brothers, Ronald and Eugene Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Marshall of Findlay and Nancy Hall (Marc) of Sullivan. She is also survived by 4 grandsons, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Sullivan Senior Center.
