It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Garry Dean Hilliard of Sullivan, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Hilliard and Margaret Hilliard (Lingle); his wife Diana L. Arthur; and his sister Norma Jean Shipman. He is survived by : his son Chris Hilliard of Flanagan; his grandchildren, Erin Davis (Josh) of Hammond, Sarah Ruff (Jesse) of Tuscola and Melissa Ewing (Gage) of Sullivan; his stepdaughter Anita Key (Tom) of Sullivan; his stepgrandchildren, Shayna Helton (Derrick) of Maroa and Zeth Key (Dawnaya) of Sullivan; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Laila Key, Lorelei Key, Hope Helton, Zeryk Key and Zeya Key.
