We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jacob Allan Moxley of Sullivan, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Linda Moxley of Sullivan and Jim Moxley; his wife Danielle Moxley of Sullivan; his children, Ivan, Lillian and Jax; his brother Jeremy Moxley (Kirsten Wickman) of Mattoon; his uncles, Gary Palmer of Bethany and Jim "Buddy" Palmer (Renee) of Sullivan; and his aunt Vicke Wakeland (Brian) of Bethany.
