It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Decker Sr. of Sullivan, Illinois, born in Lafayette, Tennessee, who passed away on June 12, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Robert and Arvie May Phillips Decker; and his brother Fred. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Lofland of Sullivan; and his children, Jerry W. Decker (Aimee) of Sullivan, Sheri Szachnitowski (John) of Sullivan and Steven W. Decker (Amy) of Sullivan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
