She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Park and Marjorie Ann Matheson; her siblings, Randy Allen Baker and Deanna Lee Thompson; and her great-niece Kadee Leanna.

She is survived by: her brother Jeff Park of Sullivan; her nieces, Misty Park and Leah Park; her nephew Jeffery Park; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Shaylee Martin, Mariah Martin, LeBron Carter, Syles Crockett, Ellie Crockett, Gavin Park and Mike Park.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Sullivan.
