He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Ruscin and Mary Demchok Ruscin. He is survived by : his wife Anna B. Duckworth of Sullivan; his children, Julie Beer (Leo) of Suquamish, Lorrie Hayden (Gary) of Shelbyville, Mark Ruscin (Stephanie) of Springfield and Richard Ruscin (Dara) of Hopewell; and his grandchildren, Derek Hayden (Emily), Kristin Haag (Devon), Danielle Brine (James), Carson Ruscin, Cullen Ruscin, Hannah Ruscin, Campbell Ruscin, Garrett Medina (Lauren), Jordan Medina, Jaden Medina and Grace Skinner. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
Memorials are requested to St. Columcille Catholic Church, Sullivan Lions Club Scholarship Fund, Sullivan American Legion Post # 68 Scholarship Fund or the Sullivan Civic Center.
