She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Irene (Varner) and Arthur Ennis Coen; her husband Henry Franklin Risley; her grandson Richard Dale Martin, Jr.; her son-in-law Alton Kelly; and her siblings, Bob, Richard, Oran and Margaret.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Ann Watkins of Bloomington, Nancy Ozee (Steve) of Bethany, Mary Risley of Jacksonville, NC and Pat Kelly of Bethany; her grandchildren, Ann Thomas (Robert) of Goodyear, AZ, Ryan Martin (Deeanna) of Sullivan, MO, Orilee Warden (Mike) of Charleston and Stephanie Tandarich of Jefferson City, MO; her great grandchildren, Cherokee Martin of Columbia, MO, Abby Henderson (Joseph) of Sullivan, MO, Annabelle of Sullivan, MO, Aaron of Sullivan, MO and Alivia Martin of Sullivan, MO; her great great grandchildren, Eleanora, Theodore and Oliver Henderson of Sullivan, MO; and her siblings, Frances Kramer of Decatur and Everett Coen (Zoey) of Ladson, SC.
