She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Allen and Noma Pearl Jones Booker; her son Ronnie Sleeth; and her brother Donald Booker. She is survived by : her daughters, Stephanie Barisch (Brian) of Bloomington and Angie Isaacs (Mark) of Sullivan; her husband Michael Lee Sleeth of Sullivan; her granddaughters, Coral Isaacs of Sullivan and Shaelyn Barisch of Bloomington; and her siblings, Joseph "Buddy" Booker (Cheryl) of Branson, Missouri, Mary Hutchcraft of Bethany and Norma Morstatter (Art) of Decatur.
