He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest James and Evelyn Mowry Smith. He is survived by: his wife Edna R. Young of Sullivan; and his children, Beverly Fuller (Ronald) of Waterman, Wanda McClure (Larry) of Sullivan, Leo Wayne Smith Jr. (Becky) of Amboy and David Smith of Mattoon. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
