She is survived by : her daughter Nacy Osborn (Kyler Lane) of Sullivan; her grandchildren, Aaliyah Osborn of Sullivan and Gentry Lane of Sullivan; and her siblings, Rick Turrentine of Chicago, Ritta Broken-Arrow of Florida and Bev Rauch of Decatur.
