He is survived by: his close friend Elder; his children, Shelly England (Kevin), Craig Elder (Lauren) and Adam Elder; his grandchildren, Kyra England and Landon Oliver Elder; and his close friends, Glen, Jane Bolin, Sam Elhoffer, Debbie Hodges, Greg, Debbie Sanders and Gary Melvin.
