Phil Armstrong Obituary

We bid farewell to Phil Armstrong of Sullivan, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 18, 2025 at the age of 74. Phil touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kenneth and Bernice Armstrong (Osborn); and his sister Kay Fredrick. He is survived by: his children, Stacy McLaughlin of Homer Glen, Michael McLaughlin (Amy) of Sullivan and Tony Armstrong (Virginie) of Lawrence Twp; his grandchildren, Paige McLaughlin of Sycamore, Maggie McLaughlin of Charleston, Liam and Logan Armstrong of Lawrence Twp; and his siblings, Randy Armstrong of Forsyth and Annetta Rennels of Bloomington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
