He was predeceased by : his parents, Dan Fleming and Peggy Crockett Fleming. He is survived by : his children, Jason Fleming (Leah) of Sullivan and Elizabeth Bennett (Craig) of Sullivan; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Bennett, Beau Fleming, Elise Fleming, Lilly Bennett and Harlan Bennett; his siblings, Danell Kreher of Sullivan and Scott Fleming (Kelli) of Eagle, Idaho; his nieces, Angie DalPonte (Marc), Jordanne Purchase (Darrell) and Brooke Olson (Kody); and his nephew Bryan Johnson (Heidi).

Memorials are suggested to the Sullivan Fire Protection District.
