He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Creek (Coy) of Toledo and Jim Hess of Sullivan; his siblings, Travis Hess of Cerro Gordo and Erica Czeckanski (John) of Mt. Zion; his nieces and nephews, Hailee Shick, Tyler Shick (Alaina), Dylan Hess, Ashton Sides and Layne Hess; his great-nieces, Blakleigh and Lyla; and his pet Bella.
