He is survived by: his wife Sharon Gustin; his sons, Derick Warren (Rebecca) of Sullivan and Bart Warren of Lerna; his grandchildren, Alisha Alms (Derek), Brody Warren (Lauren), Chelsea Warren and Jacob Warren; his great grandchildren, Darren Alms, Harley Alms, Harper Warren, Sawyer Warren, Ava Warren, Audrey Warren, Mia Warren and Olivia Warren; and his sister Dianne K. Warren Strufe.
