He is survived by: his wife Michelle Fultz of Sullivan, IL; his children, Shelby Spidle (Nick) of Windsor, IL, Mikayla Nichols (Tyler) of Windsor, IL and Dalton Ohm (Suzy) of Sullivan, IL; his grandchildren, Easton, Waylen, Dawson, Opal Nichols and Abigail Ohm; his brother Erik Fultz (Llonna) of Sullivan, IL; his nieces, Tabitha Fultz and Jesika Fultz; his nephew Drew Fultz; his great-nieces, Kaia, Gracie and Lyla; and his great-nephew Abraham.
Through it, he brought joy to countless weddings, parties, school dances, charity fundraisers, and church events.
