She was predeceased by: her mother Esther Grace Snyder Starman; her husband John Dee Williams; her father Earl Starman; her daughter Beverly Mae Krouse (Fred); her grandson Kurtis Williams; and her siblings, Geraldine Cook, Earl Arthur Starman, John Starman and Maude Sanders.

She is survived by: her son Gary Williams (Sharon) of Pleasant Hill, IL; her grandchildren, Jeff Krouse (Christi) and Kelli DeSpain (Curt); her great grandchildren, Alex Krouse, Brady Krouse, Tyler DeSpain, Benjamin DeSpain and Silas DeSpain; and her sister Iva Jean Clendenny. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to be made to New Hartford Christian Church or Summer Hill Cemetery.
