He is survived by: his spouse Rojean; his children, Amelia Silvera Pena (Dustin), Cecilia Pena Harper (Lawrence) and Clemente Pena Jr.; his grandchildren, Isaiah McCormick, Daniel McCormick (Maya), Max Nelson, Alexander Nelson, Elijah Pena, Deion Silvera, Omari Silvera and Amelio Silvera-Pena; and his sisters, Patricia Sias (Ventura) and Dolores Garcia (Rick). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
