She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Adlesick Jr., Steve Adlesick and Jim Adlesick (Lori); her granddaughters, Amanda (Katrina), Josie and Lily; her great grandchildren, Grayson and Oliver; and her sister Carol Buczko.
