He was predeceased by: his brother Armando Vega (Rene Caboverde). He is survived by: his siblings, Delia Lopez (Jesus), Mario Vega (Esther), Cecilia Garcia (Anthony), Alicia Vega (Sofia G. Sarabia) and Beatrice Vega (Dario Garcia); his son Keith Coughlin (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jillian and Arthur; his goddaughter Victoria Anne Bullen; and his friends, Brothers, Mark Bullen, Rogelio Ramierez and Frank Gutierrez.
