He was predeceased by: his wife Adeline. He is survived by: his sons, Philip Pisarek and Jeffery Sr. Pisarek (Marie); his grandsons, Jeffery Jr. (Ceri) and David Pisarek; and his great grandchildren, Natalia, Olivia and Mason.
